Schedule issued for benefits payments in 2012 and 2013

The Ontario government has issued a calendar listing the dates on which provincial benefits and credits will be paid during 2012 and 2013.

The calendar, which is available on the Ontario government website at http://www.rev.gov.on.ca/en/credit/benefitpayments.html provides payment dates for the Ontario Child Tax Benefit, the Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit, the Ontario Sales Tax Credit, the Northern Ontario Energy Credit, and the Senior Homeowners’ Property Tax Grant.

As of July 2012, the Ontario Sales Tax Credit, the Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit and the Northern Ontario Energy Credit will be combined into a new credit, the Ontario Trillium Benefit, and issued as a single monthly payment.
